holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is a Master’s degree candidate in Domestic and International Business Law from the Lebanese University, Filière Francophone de droit. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, with extensive experience primarily in arbitration, commercial and contractual disputes, and corporate agreements. Yara acts as counsel in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations and handles litigation files in all their aspects. She advises clients across Lebanon, Europe, and the GCC, always with a practical and detail- oriented approach. She is fluent in Arabic, French and English
