holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Saint- Joseph de Beyrouth. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Since 1976, he has extended his scope of activity on behalf of Lebanese and international clients in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Egypt, France, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Tarek acted as counsel for many governmental entities such as the Development and Reconstruction Council in Lebanon, the Lebanese Ministry of Telecommunications. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
