Trainee Lawyer

Nour is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, focusing on litigation, commercial and corporate legal matters. Nour provides recommendations in incorporating and maintaining companies and prepares all necessary documents related to corporate governance. She also conducts legal research, drafts and reviews memoranda, pleadings and contracts.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
Master’s degree candidate in Business Law (Juriste d’Affaires) from Université de Poitiers.
