NOUR F. EL KHOURY

Trainee Lawyer

holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and is a Master’s degree candidate in Business Law (Juriste d’Affaires) from University of Poitiers. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, focusing on litigation, commercial and corporate legal matters. Nour provides recommendations in incorporating and maintaining companies and prepares all necessary documents related to corporate governance. She also conducts legal research, drafts and reviews memoranda, pleadings and contracts. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
