NABIL M. YOUNES

Founding Partner

Nabil is member of the Beirut Bar Association and has more than 50 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and counseling. He has excelled in representing clients in significant litigation matters relating to commercial representation, construction, real estate, and corporate issues. Furthermore, Nabil has structured large family businesses with cross‑border interests and has served on the boards of several companies, including two banks, one of which he served as Vice Chairman. As a result, he has developed deep knowledge and expertise in complex banking and finance matters, as well as in corporate transactions more generally. Nabil has also founded and served as board member of social and cultural NGOs working across diverse sectors, including health care and mental health awareness, education , and culture.

In addition to his professional career, Nabil has also served as a board member of Le Conseil Stratégique de la Faculté des Langues at Université Saint –Joseph de Beyrouth and is an alumnus of the Leadership Seminar of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Saint- Joseph de Beyrouth.

Languages:
Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
