Mirna is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and has more than 40 years of experience in commercial and corporate law. She advises and represents companies and high-net-worth individuals in complex matters and transactions, including hotel management agreements, long-term loans, and acquisitions. Furthermore, Mirna has extensive litigation experience across a wide range of issues including real estate, employment, commercial and banking disputes.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Saint– Joseph de Beyrouth.
