ELIANA J. SAWMA AWAD

Intern

Eliana is building her experience in civil and corporate law. She prepares all necessary documents related to the incorporation of companies and their day-to-day work. She also conducts legal research, drafts and reviews memoranda, pleadings and contracts.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
Master’s degree in Private Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.

Languages:
Arabic, French and English.
