NADIM S. ABBOUD

Managing Partner

Nadim is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, with over 15 years of experience, primarily in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He brings a wealth of knowledge in domestic and international arbitration and serves as counsel and arbitrator with esteemed institutions such as the ICC. His work spans a variety of disputes including real estate, construction, franchising and corporate transactions.

In addition to his arbitration practice, Nadim has experience in dispute resolution, acting for high-net- worth clients (international funds, entrepreneurs, etc…) in complex litigation matters, including multi-jurisdictional disputes. Since 2014, he has also been a lecturer in commercial law, arbitration, and contractual disputes at The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and La Sagesse University, where he currently serves as a board member.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Saint- Joseph de Beyrouth.
Master’s degree in Business Litigation “Contentieux des Affaires “from Paris І – Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Master’s degree in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Lebanese University, Filière Francophone de droit, accredited by Paris І І Panthéon-Assas University.
