holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Saint- Joseph de Beyrouth, a Master’s degree in Business Litigation “Contentieux des Affaires “from Paris І – Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as a Master’s degree in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Lebanese University, Filière Francophone de droit, accredited by Paris І І Panthéon-Assas University. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, with over 15 years of experience primarily in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Nadim brings a wealth of knowledge in domestic and international arbitration and serves as counsel and arbitrator with esteemed institutions such as the ICC. Since 2014, he has also been a lecturer in commercial law, arbitration, and contractual disputes at The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and La Sagesse University, where he currently serves as a board member. Nadim is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
